Store Clerk (Bilingual English/Spanish)

We're looking for a friendly, energetic Store Clerk to join our team! If you enjoy helping people and working in a fast-paced showroom, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll assist customers in finding the right flooring, tools, and materials for their projects. You'll also help keep the store organized and ensure customers have a great shopping experience. No experience in flooring is required—we're happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
  • Answer basic questions about flooring, tools, and materials
  • Help customers find the products they need
  • Prepare simple quotes, invoices, and sales orders
  • Process customer payments
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and stocked
  • Assist homeowners and contractors with their orders
  • Work with the warehouse team to coordinate pickups and deliveries
  • Provide friendly, helpful customer service

Qualifications
