Overnight Store Associate
Full Time Owosso, MI
Pay: $13.73 per hour
Schedule: Overnight shifts (10:00 PM6:00 AM or 11:00 PM7:00 AM)
Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on business needs.
Consistent overnight hours available with a team-based overnight environment.
About the Role
Hometown Markets is hiring Overnight Store Associates to support store operations during overnight hours. This role includes stocking, cleaning, and assisting customers while maintaining a safe and organized environment.
What Youll Do
  • Assist customers during overnight hours.
  • Operate the register and handle transactions.
  • Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Complete overnight cleaning and restocking tasks.
  • Communicate issues to management as needed.
What Were Looking For
  • Reliable and dependable attendance.
  • Comfortable working overnight shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain active throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including standing, walking, and physical tasks throughout the duration of the shift.
Work Environment
This role requires standing, walking, stocking merchandise, and general cleaning throughout the shift.
Location & Scheduling Flexibility
Hometown Markets operates three locations in Owosso (Southside, Westown, and Eastside). Employees are assigned a primary location, but shift and location preferences may be discussed during the interview process.
Overnight shifts are staffed with at least two team members, ensuring a team-based work environment.
