Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Campaign Manager and is part of a diverse team of marketing professionals who work together to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing coordination, branded merchandise management, collateral support, and vendor coordination, as these will be your primary responsibilities and are an important component in maintaining strong brand presence across INTRUST locations and customer touchpoints. You will own the INTRUST Bank Store, the signage program, and the marketing collateral library, while also supporting campaign execution needs through coordination, logistics, and workflow support. You will partner closely with the Campaign Execution Manager and broader marketing team to help ensure branded materials, assets, and support needs are organized, available, and aligned with execution priorities. You will be valued as a dependable coordination partner who helps keep marketing work moving efficiently while maintaining strong brand representation across the organization. The person in this role also: Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Maintains strict standards of confidentiality and performs duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.

Brand Store & Merchandise

• Own the INTRUST Bank Store, including product selection, inventory management, recordkeeping, and internal reporting for branded apparel and merchandise.

• Ensure the store reflects current brand standards and meets the needs of internal stakeholders.

• Manage vendor relationships related to branded merchandise sourcing and fulfillment.

Signage Program

• Own the INTRUST Bank internal and external signage program across all Kansas, Oklahoma, and NW Arkansas facilities.

• Collaborate with signage vendors and facilities teams to ensure accurate, timely, and brand-compliant installation and updates.

• Maintain documentation of signage inventory, schedules, and vendor contracts.

Marketing Collateral

• Maintain an effective marketing collateral program supporting all products, services, communications, and business development activities.

• Oversee the process for creating and revising collateral, manage inventory, and communicate with business units to ensure materials are current and accessible.

• Ensure all collateral meets brand, compliance, and quality standards before distribution.

Traditional Paid Media

• Support traditional paid media through effective relationships with vendor representatives.

• Coordinate the evaluation of paid media opportunities and ad hoc requests.

• Maintain recordkeeping and collect reporting metrics; ensure timely trafficking of creative assets.

Banking Center Support

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for all banking center locations throughout Kansas, Oklahoma, and NW Arkansas.

• Partner with banking center teams to enhance marketing strategies related to brand, product and service promotion, and customer relationship growth.

Campaign & Execution Support

• Support the Campaign Execution Manager with trafficking, coordination, and workflow tasks as needed.

• Assist with events, community activities, and tradeshows as directed by the Campaign Manager or Campaign Execution Manager.

• Contribute to execution readiness by ensuring branded materials, assets, and collateral are prepared and available for campaign deployment.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required. 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or a related field required. Experience managing vendor relationships or branded merchandise programs preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to hold vendors accountable to expectations and timelines. Understanding of brand standards and marketing best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Valid Driver’s License.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Working Conditions: Normal office conditions. Some travel required.
