Job description

The Retail Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of in-store and regional marketing initiatives across Bedrosian's showroom locations and retail channels. This role is focused on coordinating promotional campaigns, maintaining in-store marketing assets, and assisting with product launches and retail events. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about bringing marketing ideas to life in physical retail spaces.

This role will collaborate with showroom managers, sales teams, and the broader marketing department to help ensure consistency in brand messaging and execution across all retail-facing touchpoints.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $62,000


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of in-store marketing materials, including signage, POP displays, brochures, and retail toolkits

  • Support the rollout of new product launches by ensuring timely distribution of assets to showroom locations

  • Collaborate with the creative team to request and review content for showroom events, campaigns, and merchandising updates

  • Work with sales and showroom leadership to understand local marketing needs and help execute programs to support them

  • Help plan and support seasonal promotions, showroom events, and grand openings

  • Track and report on local marketing campaign performance, showroom engagement, and promotional outcomes

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet production and delivery deadlines for printed and digital materials

  • Maintain accurate records of marketing inventory, showroom displays, and campaign calendars

  • Conduct occasional showroom visits to support event execution and brand compliance


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in retail, channel, or field marketing-preferably in a consumer-facing or showroom-based environment

  • Strong project coordination skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage timelines and communicate effectively across multiple departments

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Passion for design, branding, and retail marketing

  • Occasional travel to showroom locations required
