We are not looking for someone to “manage tasks.”
We are looking for someone to own operations, drive execution, and help elevate a firm that is already performing at a high level.

ABOUT OUR FIRMWe are a Plaintiff’s personal injury trial law firm built on precision and excellence.
Every case we take is prepared for trial, not just settlement.

We are growing, and we are intentional about how we grow.

  • Leadership has visibility into performance without needing to chase updates
  • Intake, referrals, and client relationships are organized and consistently followed up on
  • Settlements move efficiently from resolution through disbursement
  • The team operates with accountability, ownership, and consistency

This role requires ownership of outcomes, not just processes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Sees opportunities to improve and acts on them;
  • Can manage people and workflows effectively;
  • Thinks in systems, not just tasks;
  • Is comfortable making decisions and driving execution;
  • Wants to be part of growing something, not just maintaining it

You bring structure, clarity, and momentum to everything you’re involved in.

EXPERIENCE

  • Prior operations, management, or leadership experience required;
  • Experience managing people, workflows, or teams strongly preferred;
  • Legal industry experience is a plus, but not required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation: $85,000 – $120,000+ depending on experience
Bonus: Significant performance-based bonus tied to efficiency, execution, and overall firm performance

Employment Type: Full-Time, W2
