Description: Project Manager

Purpose:  Responsible coordinating the internal functions of key projects to support sales, design estimating, tech sales and manufacturing of said projects.

Reports to:  Director of Account Development

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a Project Manager for customers and sales on key projects.
    • Manage the system flow of said projects through WebCenter.
    • Manage orders from start to finish through constant contact and coordination with customers, vendors, and company departments.
    • Conduct project development meetings with customers and internal company departments to review and plan projects.
    • Coordinate and oversee artwork and graphic files for development of printing plates and/or lithographic labels.
    • Assess and authorize print colors and specifications with customers.
    • Conduct press-checks for paper setup, graphics, and color matching.
    • Collaborate with Design Team to develop and create product models aligned with customer specifications.
    • Maintain industry knowledge of corrugated packaging applications.
    • Work with the Training Team to develop and execute employee training.
    • Act as the liaison between sales, customer service and design to develop product solutions for the customer.
