Experience: One (1) to two (2) years of experience in ambulatory oncology required
License: Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
Certifications: ONS chemo/immunotherapy certificate required; Oncology Nurse certification (OCN) required after 2 years of hire or after reaching 2,000 hours of oncology nursing practice; Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
Must-Have:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required
- Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to practice independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

This care addresses the complex issues faced by patients and their caregivers.
The RN practices according to ANA and ONS standards of care.
The position reports to the Clinical Nursing Manager and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
