Stone Mountain Pet Products is growing, and were looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Development Representative to help us expand our reach in the pet care industry.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, following up on opportunities, and helping businesses find the right solutions for their facilities. Success in this role comes from consistent follow-up, strong communication, organization, and building long-term customer relationships.

Youll work with pet boarding, daycare, grooming, veterinary, and animal care businesses across the country, helping them purchase products that improve safety, enrichment, organization, and daily operations.

What Youll Do

  • Follow up on inbound leads from website inquiries, trade shows, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Prospect for new business through outbound calls, emails, and text communication
  • Build relationships with pet care facility owners, managers, and operators
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Sell standard product lines including:
    • Cat condos
    • Doggy daycare play equipment
    • Agility equipment
    • Catty Shack Vac systems
    • Accessories and related products
  • Qualify larger project opportunities and coordinate handoff to the Business Development Manager
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain ongoing customer communication
  • Keep customer records and sales activity organized within company systems
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and responsive service throughout the sales process

What Were Looking For

  • 13 years of inside sales, lead generation, customer service, or relationship-based sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and consistently following up with leads
