Stone Fabricator/FinisherOverview:We're seeking a skilled Stone Finisher & Fabricator to join our production team. This role focuses on the final detailing and finishing of natural stone after it's cut on CNC saws. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment.Key Responsibilities:Finish stone by removing saw marks and imperfections using grinders, polishers, and sanders.Shape and trim stone to final dimensions or design details.Apply specified textures or edge treatments.Read and interpret shop tickets and drawings to meet exact specifications.Assist with quality control, flagging issues before shipment.Collaborate with CNC operators and team members to ensure smooth workflow.Safely move and handle large stone pieces using material handling equipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.Qualifications:Experience in stone fabrication, finishing, or a related trade preferred.Able to read blueprints and use measuring tools like tape measures and calipers.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Physically able to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy materials with assistance.Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.Positive attitude and team-oriented.Work Culture:We're a family-owned company with a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
