Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Robot Operator to support aerospace/aviation manufacturing operations. This role involves working with CNC machinery, engineering requirements, and precision measuring instruments to fabricate assemblies and ensure product quality. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tooling and processes to meet production standards. Key Responsibilities Work with engineering requirements, work orders, prints, charts, sketches, and instructions to manufacture parts and assemblies to quality standards. Fabricate assemblies using CNC mediums while monitoring and verifying product and process quality. Determine and adjust machine feeds, speeds, and work alignment using shop mathematics, charts, and precision instruments. Proof new and revised part programs to ensure accuracy. Adjust tool setups and make minor machine adjustments for safe machine operation. Adapt tooling and holding fixtures to orient cutters and machining fixtures. Check parts for correct dimensions using gauges, micrometers, calipers, protractors, and other precision tools. Utilize tooling in the assembly of components into sub-assemblies or end items. Verify work against instructions and engineering specifications; identify discrepancies per procedure. Ensure equipment and tool certifications are maintained. Assist in training other personnel in assembly and installation techni ques. Required Qualifications Hig h School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/production. Background in aerospace/aviation. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (height gauges, micrometers, calipers, etc.). Experience with CNC machines and proofing part programs. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Physical ability to work with equipment, lifts, and tools.S Preferred Qualifications (if any) Ex perience drilling, countersinking, sealing, and installing fasteners using manual or CNC machines. Familiarity with adapting tooling and holding fixtures for machining operations. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a production envi ronment. Certifications (if any) No formal certifications required; aerospace/aviation technical ce rtifications are a plus. Education: High School
