Position Overview:

As a Robot Welder Operator, you will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining welding robotic systems to meet production goals. You will play a key role in ensuring parts are cut with accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor welding machines.
  • Load and unload materials using hoists, conveyors, or manual handling as needed.
  • Adjust machine settings and perform basic programming to accommodate production changes.
  • Inspect finished products using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical or software issues.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, or work orders.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

    • 1–3 years of experience operating welding machines or CNC/robotic equipment preferred.
