Job description

CNC Robotic Machine Operator
We are looking for a CNC Robotic Machine Operator to join our Grand Prairie, TX team!
As our Machine Operator you be a part of our production team, shot peening metals on our robotic shot peening equipment.
Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Hourly Rate: $25-$27/hour

Your Challenge
  • Program, set up, and operate robotic machines, specifically Yaskawa / Motoman and ABB.
  • Develop and optimize programs and parameters to maximize efficiency and product quality.
  • Conduct regular troubleshooting of robotic systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Create robotic processing programs, modify existing programs, and conduct cell cycle time calculations.
  • Collaborate with the engineering teams to plan, execute, and refine projects.
  • Check TCP on all robots at the start of the shift.
  • Work with, and help train, robot operators.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What You Bring
  • Experience with Yaskawa / Motoman, ABB or other robot systems
  • Experience programming robotic machinery
