Our Swiss Machining department manufactures complex, tight-tolerance components used in life-changing medical devices. This is an opportunity to work with advanced CNC technology in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment where quality and precision matter every day.
We're looking for individuals who take pride in producing exceptional work, enjoy working with precision equipment, and are committed to delivering parts that meet the highest quality standards.
Weekend shift team members work only three days per week, earn shift premium pay, and are eligible for benefits!
When You'll Work
  • Weekend Night Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.

Requirements
What You Will Do
  • Operate CNC Swiss turning machines to manufacture precision medical components.
  • Load raw materials and unload finished parts while monitoring machine performance throughout the production run.
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and other inspection tools.
  • Make tool offsets and minor machine adjustments to maintain tight dimensional tolerances.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Perform visual inspections to identify cosmetic or dimensional defects.
  • Maintain accurate production, inspection, and quality records

What We're Looking For
  • Manufacturing or CNC machining experience preferred (Swiss machining experience is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated individuals).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality.
  • Comfortable using precision measuring equipment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
