What You’ll Do- Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines (Citizen L12, L20, A20 and similar) for long-run production
- Perform at-machine inspections using micrometers, calipers, and precision tools to ensure tight tolerances are met
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce high-precision components
- Make program edits, offsets, and parameter adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Conduct in-process inspections and document results to support quality standards
- Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes to reduce scrap and downtime
- Support fellow machinists with setups and problem-solving to keep production running smoothly
- Monitor machine performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
What You Bring- 3+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience
- Proven ability to set up and run Swiss machines independently
- Strong experience using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tight-tolerance drawings
- Experience with Citizen or similar Swiss platforms
- Comfort working with machine controls (offsets, edits, adjustments)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision and quality
Nice to Have:
- Swiss lead, setup leadership, or programming experience
- Experience with Fanuc controls
- Exposure to multi-axis (7–8 axis) Swiss machining
- Experience with dry machining environments
- Process improvement or optimization experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $72800.00/yr.
