What You’ll Be Doing:

As a CNC Operator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Reading work instructions, job details, cut sheets, and production information.
  • Loading, positioning, and handling stone materials safely.
  • Monitoring machine operation to ensure accurate cuts and quality results.
  • Using or learning AlphaCAM as part of the production process.
  • Checking finished work for accuracy, finish quality, and project requirements.
  • Communicating with shop leadership and team members to keep production moving.
  • Supporting a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Staying active throughout the shift with physical work tied to stone fabrication and machine operation.
What You Bring:
  • CNC Experience: Prior CNC machine operation experience is required.
  • Stone Fabrication Experience: Experience working with marble, granite, quartz, quartzite, or other stone materials is strongly preferred.
  • Water Jet or 5-Axis Experience: Experience with water jets or 5-axis CNC equipment is a major plus.
  • AlphaCAM Experience: AlphaCAM experience is strongly preferred.
  • Relevant Manufacturing Background: Candidates with CNC experience in other industries may be considered if they have strong technical skills and a willingness to learn stone.
  • Physical Readiness: Comfort with active, hands-on shop work and the physical demands of stone fabrication.
  • Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work.
