We are hiring a skilled CNC Operator to set up, operate, and perform basic programming (MDI) on CNC machining centers. Ideal candidates must have experience working with precision tolerances and blueprint interpretation.
Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (Vertical Machining Centers).

Perform basic programming using MDI.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Maintain machining tolerances of ±.005 or better.

Conduct in-process quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.

Assist in fixture design and perform preventive maintenance on machines.
