We are seeking dedicated CNC Saw and Router Operators to join our dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary:

You’ll operate state-of-the-art CNC equipment to cut and shape stone slabs, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to client specifications. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage machine operations, perform routine maintenance, and uphold safety standards in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

CNC Saw Operator:

  • Conduct daily pre-operation checks and calibrations for accuracy.

  • Operate CNC saw equipment to cut stone slabs to precise specifications.

  • Inspect completed cuts for precision and quality, making adjustments as necessary.

  • Perform regular maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.

  • Support workflow optimization efforts by implementing drum-buffer-rope strategies.

CNC Router Operator:

  • Program and calibrate CNC routers using CAD/CAM software.

  • Load, secure, and monitor stone slabs during routing operations.

  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.

  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and minor repairs.

  • Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
