About the Role
The Dishwasher is responsible for accurately and efficiently washing, cleaning, and sanitizing glassware, dishes, and silverware. As well as supporting the events departmentwith any special dishwashing and organization needs. If you have a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and are dedicated to your craft, we want you.
What You'll Do
  • Operate machine and/or hand washing stations as required
  • Remove garbage and recycling at the end of shifts, aiding in trash audits.
  • Promptly report equipment issues, shortages, and other problems to the chef or supervisor.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists, ensuring proper kitchen closure and assisting others.
  • Maintain company and industry safety and sanitization standards consistently.
  • Contribute as a valuable Team Stone member by practicing open and respectful communication.
  • Uphold and adhere to all Hospitality Standards and organizational policies, practices, and expectations
  • Assist in identifying and driving process improvements
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • San Diego County Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 7 hours)
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn
