CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Comptes Cles base a Montreal ou au sein de nos bureaux a Houston pour definir et piloter l'integralite de la strategie commerciale et de son execution pour nos comptes clients sur le marche Americain. Cela inclut la gestion des comptes de resultat (P&L) par client, des previsions de ventes, des budgets commerciaux, ainsi que le lancement et la supervision quotidienne d'un modele logistique tiers (3PL). Vous serez le garant de la croissance des ventes, de la
rentabilite et de l'excellence operationnelle pour nos distributeurs.


Avec
5 a 8 ans d'experience en gestion de comptes dans le secteur des PGC (produits de grande consommation) ou
de la distribution de produits de beaute.
Succes eprouve dans la gestion des comptes y compris leurs plateformes numeriques (e-commerce).
Solides competences en prevision des ventes, gestion de P&L (compte de resultat), responsabilite des budgets
commerciaux (trade budget) et coordination avec les prestataires logistiques tiers (3PL).
Maitrise d'Excel, des outils de donnees de point de vente (comme Luminate ou POL) et des plateformes de
donnees syndiquees (type Nielsen, IRI, etc.).
Excellentes capacites de communication, d'analyse et de negociation

Maitrise parfaite de l'anglais (communication orale et ecrite avec nos clients anglophones)



PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES
Piloter la gestion quotidienne des comptes clients aussi bien en magasin physique que sur leurs sites e-commerce (.com) et applications mobiles.
Elaborer et executer les plans d'affaires conjoints annuels (Joint Business Plans - JBP), en parfaite adequation
avec la strategie de la marque et des distributeurs.
Prendre en charge les previsions de ventes, la planification et le suivi budgetaire, afin d'atteindre les objectifs de
chiffre d'affaires et de marge.
Gerer l'integralite du compte de resultat (P&L) des comptes clients et optimiser les investissements
commerciaux (trade spend) pour maximiser le ROI.
Lancer et piloter les operations logistiques tierces (3PL) chez Walmart pour ameliorer l'efficacite de la chaine
d'approvisionnement et optimiser le taux de disponibilite des produits en rayon (in-stock).
Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes de planification de la demande (demand planning) et de la supply chain
pour garantir la precision et la disponibilite des stocks.
Deployer et optimiser les campagnes de retail media ainsi que le contenu des fiches produits (PDP) sur
l'ensemble des canaux.
Analyser les donnees de vente (PDV) et de performance (POL, Luminate) pour guider les prises de decision
grace a des analyses concretes (insights).
Travailler en synergie avec les equipes transverses (marketing, digital, finance, supply chain) pour assurer la
bonne execution des projets.

WHO WE LOOK FOR
The Sales team is looking for a Key Account Manager (based wether in Montreal or in our office in Houston) to own the full commercial strategy and execution. This includesmanaging account-level P&Ls, forecasts, trade budgets, and the launch and daily oversight of a 3PL model. You willdrive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across our american retailers.


With
5-8 years of U.S. CPG or beauty retail account management experience.
Proven success managing, including digital platforms.
Strong skills in forecasting, P&L management, trade budget ownership, and 3PL coordination.
Proficient in Excel, POS data tools (Luminate, POL), and syndicated data platforms.
Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Your main responsibilities will include:
Lead the day-to-day management of our accounts across in-store, .com, and app.
Build and execute annual Joint Business Plans, aligned with brand and customer strategies.
Own sales forecasting, planning, and budget tracking; deliver revenue and margin targets.
Manage full account P&Ls and optimize trade spend to maximize ROI.
Launch and manage 3PL operations to improve supply chain efficiency and in-stock performance.
Partner with demand planning and supply teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
