Job Description:
Act as parts representative to walk-in customers.
Source parts for lift trucks.
Take phone orders from customers.
Provide parts quotes to customers.
Order parts for stock.
Assist with inventory control.
Work with dispatchers to transfer parts stock between branches.
Assist Bailey Company sales reps with quoting and provide pricing to them when they are in the field.
Assist with shipping and receiving.
Deliver parts to customers or between branches.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Support all sectors of the Bailey Company.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Uniform is required and provided by company
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school education (minimum)
Computer literacy
o i.e. Willingness and ability to work with new computer programs
Customer Service
o Ability to interact with customers in person and over the telephone
o Willingness to observe proper phone etiquette/manners
Ability to work well with co-workers
