Job description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Credentialed School Nurse to work at a Facility in Hemet, CA. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $80 - $85 / hour
Job Responsibilities:

  • Cares for students who are sick or injured
  • Gives medications and checks student health needs
  • Performs health screenings (vision, hearing, etc.)
  • Keeps student health records updated
  • Talks with parents and teachers about health issues
  • Makes health care plans for students with illnesses
  • Teaches students about health and hygiene
  • Checks that students have required immunizations
  • Gives first aid and handles health emergencies
  • Works with doctors and school staff to support student health
The requirements are:
  • Must have Registered Nurse License in the State of California.
  • Must hold a School Nurse Services Credential (SNSC) School Nurse Services Credential (SNSC).
  • A valid and current CPR card
  • Experience n ER, Psychiatric, MS or Clinic
  • Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
