The Syntegon Technology Services location in Raleigh, North Carolina is the headquarters of the North American Service Hub of Syntegon, which concentrates on theย customer's unique requirements.

Job Description

Summary

The Director Sales, Americas is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategies that drive revenue and maximize growth for Syntegon. This position leads a Sales Team for New Equipment Sales, Food in the Americas.ย  This position has a key responsibility in managing relationships with our customers as well as the senior leadership team to ensure the Sales Department goals are aligned with Syntegon business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and motivate the new equipment sales team to meet and exceed company objectives
  • Identify and analyze market trends within the packaging industry to remain competitive in the industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish annual performance targets for the department.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for adjustment or improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and information to the leadership team.
  • Evaluate the team on a on going basis and recommend tools or training that will increase productivity of the team.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or other relevant degree or substitute for equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years experience leading a team
  • 10+ years experience working with capital equipment
  • 5+ years experience in sales

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from 170k-200k annually plus bonus.

Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
