About the Role:
Join Preferred Regen ATL as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Atlanta, GA, where you will be a vital part of a dynamic regernative healthcare team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients while working in a supportive and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
  • The RN will work closely with providers and the care team to support patients through their regenerative health journey. Responsibilities include:
    •  Educating patients on regenerative and integrative therapies 
    •  Assisting with patient consultations and treatment planning 
    •  Communicating clearly with patients about recommended services, protocols, and expected outcomes 
    •  Supporting patients with questions about hormones, peptides, stem cell therapy, and other regenerative treatments 
    •  Helping patients understand the benefits of treatment plans and available wellness products 
    •  Building trust with patients and supporting them through their care experience 
    •  Assisting with clinical procedures as appropriate within RN scope of practice 
    •  Maintaining accurate documentation and patient records 
    •  Supporting follow-up care, patient retention, and treatment plan adherence 
    •  Collaborating with the team to create a professional, educational, and high-touch patient experience
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is:
  •  A licensed Registered Nurse in good standing 
  •  Familiar with regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, peptides, IV's and stem cell therapies 
  •  Comfortable discussing wellness services and treatment options with patients 
  •  Skilled at patient education and communication 
  •  Confident in presenting treatment plans and helping patients move forward with care 
  •  Professional, warm, organized, and detail-oriented 
  •  Sales-minded while remaining ethical, compassionate, and patient-focused 
  •  Passionate about wellness, longevity, and helping patients improve their quality of life
Preferred Experience:
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
  •  Regenerative medicine 
  •  Hormone replacement therapy or hormone optimization 
  •  Peptide therapy 
  •  Stem cell or biologic therapies 
  •  Functional medicine 
  •  Med spa, wellness clinic, or concierge medicine 
  •  Patient care coordination or treatment plan sales

Requirements:
  • Current and valid RN license in the state of Georgia.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
  • Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and treatment recommendations
  •  Ability to work collaboratively with providers and administrative staff 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
  • Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach to care.
