The 3 3 3 rule for steaks is a guideline for cooking times: 3 minutes per side for rare, 3 minutes per side for medium, and 3 minutes per side for well-done, depending on steak thickness. However, overall nutrition and hydration are also key factors in effective muscle recovery.

What is a steakhouse?

A steakhouse is a restaurant that specializes in serving steaks and other types of meat, often cooked to order over a grill or open flame. Steakhouses typically offer a variety of cuts such as ribeye, sirloin, filet mignon, and T-bone, and may also serve other dishes like seafood, salads, and sides. The ambiance of a steakhouse can range from casual to upscale, making them popular for both everyday dining and special occasions. Many steakhouses pride themselves on the quality of their beef, aging processes, and unique preparation methods.
