Job description

The Center Manager will oversee and manage the staff and daily operations of the StayWell Senior Care Center. The Daily operations include the following areas: day center, clinic, social work, rehabilitation, recreation, and dining. In conjunction with the Medical Director, this position will assist with supervision of clinical staff. , Additionally, the Center Manager will be responsible for assuring that operational standards and budgetary criteria are met and to ensure operations are in compliance with all governing regulations. This position will assume the responsibilities of Privacy Officer with regard to ensuring compliance to HIPAA and patient confidentiality along with the Safety Officer with regard to safety policies and procedures. A Bachelor's of Nursing Degree (BSN) (Preferred). Current NC RN license required. Prior experience with PACE, Adult Day Health Care, or care coordination for the frail elderly is preferred. Minimum of 2-4 years management/supervisory experience required. Ability to function well within a team environment. Possess good organizational, communication, and supervisory skills. Ability to effectively handle difficult situations.
