What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of Candlewood Suites—welcoming guests, solving problems, and setting the tone for a seamless stay. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • Managing reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Handling payments, verifying IDs, and maintaining accurate records in our property management system
  • Resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when needed
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
