Position Highlights and Earning Potential:

  • Location: Must have reliable transportation to our Burnsville, MN location, for training and working on-site.
  • Training: Comprehensive 2-week onsite training program.
  • Earning Potential: 1st Year $25,000.00 to $40,000.00

What you’ll Do: Sell premium luxury items at unbeatable prices, offer exceptional relationship-based service to our clients, meet performance goals, and attend all training sessions.

Training & Full-Time Schedule:

  • Week 1 plus : On-site training and work (9:00a-5:30p, Monday through Friday)
  • Work Schedule Options: Work at least 5 days, up to 25 hours, must include one weekend day
  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation: Our 12-Week Training Bridge Program is designed to seamlessly transition you into your new role. During this comprehensive program, you will receive commission + a base salary, provided key performance indicator (KPI) metrics are met:

  • starting pay $15.00 / hour during training.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (preferred).
  • College degree a plus but not required.
  • High School diploma required (GED).
  • Personable, confident, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to commute to Burnsville, MN, for on-site training and work.
  • Strong sales techniques and a history of meeting quotas.
  • Excellent phone skills and rapport-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of jewelry, watches, or collectibles (a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multitasking with tech tools.
  • Self-motivated with a hunger to sell and achieve goals.
  • Experience in sales presentations, overcoming objections, and closing strategies.
