- Conduct regular technical reviews, development discussions, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, ownership, and engineering rigor.
- Drive process capability improvements across PCB manufacturing operations including imaging, plating, etching, lamination, drilling, soldermask, surface finish, AOI, and final inspection.
- Sponsor initiatives focused on yield improvement, scrap reduction, throughput optimization, and cost reduction.
- Support qualification and validation activities for new equipment, materials, chemistries, and process changes.
- Ensure processes meet aerospace and defense quality and reliability expectations.
- Build and standardize engineering management systems, workflows, and escalation processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Develop sustainable cross-functional processes that strengthen communication and execution between Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams.
- Implement structured problem-solving methodologies and accountability mechanisms for manufacturing issues.
- Lead continuous improvement programs aligned with operational and strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with Quality teams on corrective actions, audits, customer complaints, and nonconformance reduction.
- Support customer technical discussions, audits, and qualification activities as needed.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex manufacturing and reliability issues.
- Ensure engineering documentation, process changes, and validation activities are properly controlled and documented.
- Promote disciplined engineering change management and risk mitigation practices.
