$18/hr
The assistant Store Manager must perform the functions of the Store Manager when they are not working while also performing the role of a sales associate.
Sales Associates are the point of contact with customers, delivering courteous service to all customers while maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and fellow employees.
Job duties include:
  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly courteous manner while working the checkout station.
  • Assist in stocking and maintaining merchandise displays in the store.
  • Prepare and maintain coffee stations and fresh food and drink stations.
  • Keep all areas of the stores and gas pump areas neat and clean.
  • Working well with others - "Do unto others as you would have done for yourself"

Requirements
The requirements for the position are:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be available to work weekends and up to 3 evenings per week
  • Must have high school degree or GED equivalent
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
  • Must be able to speak, read, and understand English fluently and clearly
  • Must be able to perform mathematical calculations at a high school level
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to arrive to work on time
  • Must be able to consistently arrive at work in uniform and in compliance with appearance standards
  • Must be able to stand for 6 to 10 hours per shift*
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs on a frequent basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs*
