Phoenix of Maple Heights, a family-owned skilled nursing facility, is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide essential care and assist residents in daily living activities.   • Hourly pay: $18/hour

  • Shift differential: +$1/hour from 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
