Day Shift State Tested Nursing Assistant: 6:00am - 6:30pm $2.00 Day Shift Differential Pay

The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) provides essential hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Responsibilities include helping residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, feeding, and emotional support. State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) play a key role in maintaining resident dignity, safety, and comfort in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.

Responsibilities For State Tested Nursing Assistant

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Support mobility by helping residents transfer, reposition, and use assistive devices.

  • Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration)

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

  • Assist with meals and monitor nutritional intake.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

  • Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.

  • Accurately document care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
