Our established State Farm agency is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated State Farm Agency Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, providing exceptional customer service, and building a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Whether you already have insurance experience or you're looking to start a new career, we'd love to hear from you.

This is not a management position. You'll work alongside an experienced team in a supportive environment while learning the skills needed to build a successful career with our agency.

About the Role

This is a sales and service position within an established State Farm agency. You'll assist clients with their insurance needs, provide outstanding customer service, identify opportunities to better protect our customers, and help support the day-to-day activities of the agency.

This is not a high-pressure cold-calling sales role. Most of your time will be spent assisting existing clients, servicing policies, answering questions, and helping customers find the right insurance solutions. When outbound calls are made, they are typically to former clients who previously insured through our agency—not cold prospects.
