Your day to day as a Personal Banker

What we're looking for in a Personal Banker
To thrive in the role of Personal Banker, you'll need a mix of skills to conquer the day-to-day challenges. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent (though a college degree would be a plus!), coupled with 1-3 years of experience in banking, sales, or customer service. Your success will be fueled by a sales-focused mindset, stellar interpersonal and communication abilities, and a knack for identifying customer needs and providing innovative solutions. Being organized, professional, and tech-savvy is key, along with a solid grasp of the local financial landscape to address customer inquiries effectively.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
