If so, you would be a great fit to join our team as a VP / Business Banker at Citizens State Bank. This role offers competitive compensation, including a strong base salary and generous monthly commission opportunities tied to business development and portfolio growth. Experience with SBA lending and/or multifamily housing is preferred to support continued growth in these key areas.

Job duties for this position include:

  • Develop and grow business relationships through expanding existing customer relationships, referrals, and active prospecting and networking
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing ongoing support and financial solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate lending and deposit solutions
  • Structure, analyze, and present commercial loan requests in accordance with bank policy
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a full range of banking products and services
  • Monitor loan performance, credit quality, and relationship profitability
  • Represent the bank in the community through networking, events, and business development efforts
