As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Electronic Banking Services Administrator to join our team and help customers successfully navigate our expanding suite of electronic banking products and services.

What You'll Do
As an Electronic Banking Services Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting and maintaining the electronic services our customers use every day.
Responsibilities include:
  • Perform daily maintenance of electronic banking products and services.
  • Assist with the setup, implementation, and activation of customer technology solutions.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and other customer inquiries regarding First State Bank's electronic banking services.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work toward timely resolution.
  • Research customer concerns and provide updates regarding service requests and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with other First State Bank team members to complete customer requests and resolve complex issues.
  • Work closely with the Electronic Banking and Operations teams to support new technology initiatives and product enhancements.
  • Contact customers or prospects who have requested information regarding First State Bank electronic banking services.
  • Assist with audits, reviews, and documentation requirements related to electronic banking products and services.
  • Prepare equipment, materials, and documentation needed for customer installations and service calls.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to assigned responsibilities.
  • Adhere to all Bank policies, procedures, security standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For
Qualified candidates should possess:
  • A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding customer service.
  • A minimum of one year of banking experience.
  • Comfort and confidence working with current technology and digital banking platforms.
  • The ability to quickly learn new applications and effectively explain them to others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The initiative to work independently and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
  • The ability to provide clear instructions and confirm customer understanding.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of online and mobile banking products.

Preferred qualifications include:
  • Experience with iPhone, Android, and iPad settings and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of browser settings and functionality in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
