If so, you would be a great fit to join our team as a Relationship Banker at Citizens State Bank in our Hudson, WI office!

Job duties for this position include:

  • Develop business and retail relationships, through expanding existing customer relationships, referrals, or prospecting and networking efforts
  • Open and close deposit accounts and complete required documentation
  • Serve as a vital point of contact for our customers
  • Help customers in-person, over the phone, or online with any banking needs they have
  • Explain, promote, and sell bank products and services

Requirements

  • Two to five years of similar or related experience. Prior banking experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Communicate effectively while selling products and services to current and prospective customers.
  • Learn new things quickly and multi-task.
  • Strong computer skills and able to work in an environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Applicants should also have money handling skills and enjoy working with the public.
