We're looking for an entrepreneurial Territory Sales Manager to develop and grow an exclusive territory in Mobile, Alabama representing a respected, Christian-based company that provides American-made industrial maintenance solutions.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor to commercial and industrial businesses by delivering inventory management solutions that help keep their operations running efficiently.

Role Expectations:
  • Own the entire customer lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation to account management and customer retention.
  • Build and grow a profitable territory through consultative sales and exceptional customer service.
  • Operate a fully equipped company-issued mobile showroom, bringing high-quality industrial products directly to customer locations.
  • Help local businesses improve inventory management, increase efficiency, and reduce costly downtime.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship development.
  • Build partnerships with manufacturers, industrial facilities, schools, hospitals, municipalities, maintenance departments, repair shops, and business owners.
  • Deliver consistent, value-driven service that earns repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.
Role Requirements:
  • Self-driven professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who is local to the Mobile Alabama area and is familiar with the local communities and businesses - Prefer someone who grew up in the Mobile, Alabama area
  • Strong relationship builder who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face and consult with them about industrial solutions and supplies - In other words: excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Industrial or B2B sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage your territory as if it were your own business with a proven history of professional stability and consistent career growth.
  • Clean driving record (MVR), background check, and satisfactory credit history.
