Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This 26/27 academic year contract position offers the chance to work closely with educators and students, providing essential support within classroom environments. Enjoy a consistent full-time schedule—Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours each week—in an atmosphere dedicated to fostering learning and growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Successful completion of the Paraprofessional Assessment, or an Associate degree or higher
  • Valid paraprofessional certification
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Experience supporting students in classroom or special education settings a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with instructional preparation and classroom management
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with varying needs
  • Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed
