What you will be doing:
• Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate, and develop Starbucks staff, ensuring effective performance, appropriate conduct, and succession planning.
• Process daily payroll edits/reports in a timely manner.
• Manage staff scheduling to meet coverage and budget goals, process payroll accurately, and monitor tip distribution.
• Direct daily store operations, ensuring food quality, service standards, and cleanliness are consistently met.
• Interact with guests to promote services, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Starbucks profitability by managing costs, ordering supplies, tracking revenue, and ensuring par stock levels.
• Organize PR setups in the restaurant as they are specified by Starbucks to drive revenue and customer engagement.
• Conduct meetings, maintain interdepartmental and vendor relations, and ensure effective communication of key information.
• Enforce company standards, participate in safety procedures, uphold sanitation standards, and handle incident reporting.
• Maintain relationship with other departments in hotel and Maintain relationship with District Starbucks Manager.
What we are looking for:
• High school diploma required; an advanced degree in hospitality is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior Food & Beverage management experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including preparation techniques, beverage operations.
• Proficiency in mathematics for inventory tracking and financial analysis. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and POS systems is beneficial.
• Ability to respond promptly and accurately to guest requests, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and promote menu items effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial.
• Dependable and adaptable to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation, including working varied schedules such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively address guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
• Capability to stand and move continuously throughout the facility, operate a keyboard, and understand POS procedures. Cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certifications such as ServSafe Training.
• Ability to work in both office and active food and beverage environments.
