What you will be doing:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyor systems, and dock equipment (levelers, doors, etc.).
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair screen printing and embroidery machinery.
  • Conduct general building maintenance such as HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, doors, and office fixtures.
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize disruption and support smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and service calls as needed.
  • Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and office fixtures.
  • Maintain organized tools, parts inventory, and a clean maintenance workspace.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with forklifts or material handling equipment preferred.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot equipment issues independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance logs and reporting.

What's needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, warehouse, or industrial environment.
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) 

  • Strong knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

  • Ability to read technical manuals and effectively troubleshoot equipment issues.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in varying temperatures.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Basic computer skills for documenting maintenance activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with forklifts or material handling equipment.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
