What you will be doing:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service within an onsite company store located at Nvidia, Santa Clara, CA
  • Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring product accuracy within the system
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
  • Monitor and balance daily cash flow, reconcile POS systems, and complete required bank deposits
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and backroom
  • Support store operations including opening/closing, phone sales, and customer inquiries
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment, including standing for extended periods and handling physical inventory (lifting 25+ lbs, ladder use, pallet breakdown)
