Job Description

General Description:ย Responsible for field testing to validate product performance, identify issues, and ensure systems meet quality and reliability standards. This role involves troubleshooting, collecting and analyzing test data, and collaborating with engineering teams to support product improvement and deployment.

- Starting compensation is based on experience.

Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Conduct field testing of wireless network features, devices, and services to validate performance and functionality.
  • Perform drive testing and on-site testing to evaluate network coverage, throughput, latency, and call performance.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to identify performance issues and recommend improvements.
  • Troubleshoot network, device, or connectivity issues encountered during testing.
  • Document test procedures, results, and findings in detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with RF engineers, development teams, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve network performance.
  • Ensure testing activities follow established processes, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Support network launches, upgrades, and optimization efforts.
Qualifications

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in wireless network testing, field testing, or telecommunications environments.
  • Familiarity with LTE, 5G, and wireless network performance metrics.
  • Experience with drive testing tools and network diagnostic tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in field environments and manage multiple testing activities.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

Education Requirements:ย Bachelor of Science in related engineering major (EE, CE, etc.)

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000-$69,000 per year base. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
