Job description

At Standard Textile, we're dedicated to providing comfort and care across generations. The Sales Support Representative will work as a liaison between the customer and sales consultant as well as internal departments.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Receive and reply to all communications from assigned consultants or customers.
  • Manage open order reports on a weekly basis to ensure date management protocol is followed
  • Enter orders on behalf of the consultants
  • Proactively provide consultants with important order milestones including ship dates and backorders
  • Maintain communication with internal departments to ensure all project related milestones are met
  • Review and quote projects

KPIs

  • Work the open order report weekly
  • Acknowledge receipt to all emails within four hours (internal and external)
  • Process and release all orders received within 24 hours
  • Ensure all orders are entered with accurate dates and monitor / update as necessary through order completion / invoicing

Qualifications Include:

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Associate degree

Experience

  • Required: Customer Service Experience
  • Preferred: 3+ Years Relevant Experience

Skills

  • Required: Strong organizational skills
  • Preferred: JD Edwards / Oracle experience

Special Requirements

  • Preferred: Microsoft Office skills
