In addition to a commission guarantee for all new salespeople during the training period and uncapped commissions, we offer virtual training as well as one-on-one field training, base hourly compensation plus monthly commissions based on performance, medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and one paid week of vacation after your first year.
