Job Summary
The HRIS Analyst III serves as a senior Workday HCM expert responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing HR systems that support HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and enterprise operations. This role leads complex Workday initiatives, ensures data integrity and compliance, supports testing and documentation, and partners closely with crossfunctional teams. The position also contributes to emerging technology and AIenabled capabilities within Workday, helping the organization prepare for future innovation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver advanced Workday configuration and HR systems projects.
  • Maintain and optimize Workday HCM, including security, integrations, and functional configuration.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Support initiatives related to AIenabled Workday functionality, data readiness, and governance.
  • Create and maintain documentation, reports, dashboards, and process materials for HR partners.
Skills and Background You'll Need
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Five or more years supporting HR systems in Benefits, Compensation, or Payroll.
  • Experience supporting large or complex organizations with enterprisescale HR technology deployments.
  • Experience enabling or preparing for AIrelated Workday functionality (analytics, skills, automation, governance).
  • Demonstrated handson experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendor partners.
  • Workday Pro certification in Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, or related functional areas highly preferred.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

$94,500.00 - $138,500.00
