Job description

UniVista Insurance is seeking motivated and customer‐focused ACA Health Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team in Miami, Florida. In this role, agents will assist individuals and families in selecting Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliant health insurance plans through inbound and outbound phone sales. The ideal candidate is goal‐driven, compliance‐oriented, and passionate about helping clients understand their healthcare options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate consumers on ACA health insurance plans and perform compliant cross‐selling of ancillary products within the UniVista Insurance ecosystem based on customer needs and eligibility
  • Assist clients in determining eligibility for ACA plans, subsidies, and Special Enrollment Periods
  • Comply with all CMS, ACA, state, and carrier marketing and sales regulations, as well as UniVista Insurance policies and procedures, including required training, quality assurance standards, and call monitoring protocols.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable health insurance coverage
  • Accurately complete insurance applications and enrollment processes
  • Maintain full compliance with CMS, ACA, and carrier regulations
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals, call metrics, and quality standards
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in CRM systems
  • Stay current on ACA guidelines, carrier offerings, and underwriting rules
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, QA teams, and compliance departments

Compensation & Benefits

  • This role is designed for agents who are motivated to build long‐term earnings through recurring residual commissions tied to sustained enrollment performance.
  • Highly competitive Hourly base pay ($18/hour)
  • Residual, performance‐based commission structure paid monthly as long as enrolled members remain active and in good standing
  • Total estimated comp, varies by production: $41,371 - $184K
  • Commission payout increases based on individual production levels, rewarding agents who build and maintain a larger book of active business

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Active Florida 2‐15 or 2‐40 Health Insurance License (required)
