  • Assist with light groundskeeping tasks as needed, including sweeping, watering, cleanup, and general outdoor support.
  • Work respectfully around guests, team members, buildings, vehicles, and active resort operations.

  • Willingness to learn proper gardening techniques, plant care, and Twin Farms property standards.
  • Basic knowledge of plants, flowers, weeds, pruning, or seasonal gardening preferred.

Required Education, Experience, and Training

  • Prior gardening, landscaping, horticulture, farm, nursery, or grounds experience preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools and basic gardening equipment.
  • Training will be provided for property-specific standards, safety procedures, and approved equipment use.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, pull, push, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
