Job Description

Twin Farms is seeking a skilled, service-oriented Esthetician to join our luxury spa team. Our spa proudly features Biologique Recherche as our exclusive facial line, and comprehensive training is provided for all facial products and body treatments.

This role is ideal for a professional who values precision, discretion, and personalized care while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a refined spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide customized facials and body treatments in accordance with Twin Farms’ service standards and current licensure

  • Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, identify contraindications, and tailor treatments accordingly

  • Recommend appropriate treatments, home-care regimens, and retail products based on individual guest needs

  • Maintain strong product knowledge, including ingredients, protocols, and benefits of Biologique Recherche and other spa offerings

  • Deliver a consistently warm, professional, and guest-focused experience

  • Manage appointment timing to ensure services begin and conclude as scheduled

  • Prepare, clean, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms before and after each service

  • Adhere strictly to esthetics policies regarding sanitation, chemical usage, equipment care, and universal precautions

  • Monitor product and supply inventory and communicate needs to management in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and service documentation

  • Properly care for linens and ensure appropriate replacement between treatments

  • Participate in required meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

  • Support overall spa operations and assist with additional duties as assigned

Guest Experience & Service Standards

  • Welcome guests warmly and escort them to and from treatment rooms in a professional manner

  • Answer guest questions with confidence, clarity, and product expertise

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to hospitality, discretion, and personalized service

  • Respond promptly and thoughtfully to guest needs or concerns to ensure complete satisfaction

Qualifications
  • Current Vermont Esthetician license in good standing

  • Additional massage therapy or complementary wellness credentials preferred, where permitted by state licensure

  • Minimum of three years of professional experience in a luxury spa or high-end hospitality environment

  • Mastery of services within the scope of licensure, delivered with precision and consistency

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect gracefully with a discerning clientele

  • Polished, warm, and professional presence with strong interpersonal awareness

  • Proven commitment to discretion and the highest standards of client confidentiality

  • Demonstrated excellence in guest service, ideally within a Forbes Five-Star or comparable luxury setting

  • Confident in explaining treatments, protocols, and personalized skincare recommendations

  • Strong work ethic grounded in pride of craft and service excellence
