Key Responsibilities
  • Apply joint compound to walls and ceilings using trowels, taping knives, or finishing tools

  • Tape seams and corners, then sand surfaces to a smooth finish

  • Repair cracks, holes, and imperfections in drywall surfaces

  • Match and blend textures to existing finishes as needed

  • Coordinate with framing and drywall hanging teams for seamless handoffs

  • Follow blueprints, design plans, and supervisor instructions

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace

  • Meet all safety regulations and Glenmark construction standards

  • Use and maintain proper PPE and safety equipment at all times

  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork

Qualifications
