Job description

VandenBerghe Construction is hiring reliable motivated candidate with a real passion for working with their hands to positively contribute at every VandenBerghe Property. Our construction employees can be found at various properties performing a wide range of tasks from easy to hazardous. At VandenBerghe Construction be expected to help with general labor or perform specific jobs like:


  • Tree pruning
  • Plumbing
  • Roof maintenance
  • Exterior siding/trim repairs
  • Flooring
  • Doors and windows
  • HVAC
  • Concrete
  • Electrical
  • Painting
  • Drywall
  • And More


Responsibilities include:

Depending on your entry level you will be giving responsibilities by your supervisor that could include.

  • Follow safety work practices.
  • Helping co-workers to safely perform a job.
  • Safely handle construction materials.
  • Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor.
  • Effectively use power tools like saws and drills
  • Safely use hand tools

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday thru Friday
  • Overtime

Work Location:

  • Multiple locations. Must be willing to travel for extended periods.

Ideal Candidate

  • Should be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely.
  • Will have a positive attitude.
  • Have multi trade experience.
  • Driver license and Insurance.
  • Reliable transportation.
