Description
Position Purpose: Loan Processing Specialist boards and maintains Commercial, Consumer, and Mortgage loans in the core system (Precision). This role processes loan documentation through nCino and Encompass, posts escrow, PMI, and General Ledger entries, and supports audits, reporting, and ongoing loan maintenance with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
What you'll do:
  • Accepts executed Commercial, Consumer, Mortgage loan packages for boarding into the core loan system - Precision
  • Uses the nCino loan documentation interface to Upload new loans, renewals
  • Uses Encompass Mortgage to upload new loans and modifications into Precision
  • Set up initial escrow and PMI
  • Keys any additional GL entries, fees, or system codes necessary for loan type
  • Assists with file maintenance and holds on existing loans
  • Review Beneficial Ownership Documents for Pre-closing
  • Prepare cashier checks and key in wires as requested
  • Index rate changes
  • General Ledger balancing numerous loan accounts
  • Prepares VSI (Insurance) monthly report
  • Balances appraisal account
  • Keys construction draws if needed
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. Audits and images to Director after approved
  • All other duties, as assigned

Working Conditions:
