ABOUT STANADYNE:

Stanadyne is known around the world as a leading supplier of diesel fuel systems and components. In addition, Stanadyne is quickly becoming an industry leader in the fast-growing field of Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI). Our products are for engine applications in agriculture, construction, power generation, industrial, marine, and on-highway vehicles. Over the years Stanadyne has expanded with precision manufacturing locations in China, India, Italy, and the United States. We have been providing innovative fuel system solutions to our customers for over 50 years and continue to focus on developing future cutting-edge fuel systems that will help distinguish our customers' engines from their competition. Our Jacksonville manufacturing facility has about 250 employees operating over three shifts.

JOB SUMMARY

Creates and modifies production work instructions. Follows direction from Staff Engineers updating PFMEA’S. Follows through on requests in a timely manner, updating all appropriate persons/department leads.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • BOM (Bill of Material) updates in JDE when there is a change of part number or when there is a launch for a new pump model.
  • Places requisitions in JDE, working with Purchasing
  • Creates and updates PFMEA
  • Creates and updates Control plans for SIDI department
  • Updates problem solving documents for production
  • Update and verify standard work
  • Equipment time studies
  • Holds engineering task review events
  • Preform scheduled weekly Layered Process Audits

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good working knowledge of the PFMEA processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with team environments.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Products
  • Good organizational and planning skills, some analytical and problem-solving ability and ability to learn quickly and grow within an organization. Ingenuity and creativity a plus duction.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • AS Degree, minimum HS Degree.
  • 2+ experience in manufacturing environment necessary in lieu of education.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to lift up to 25lb. Pass hearing test successfully.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to be able to work weekends and holidays when needed.
