Job description

Kelly Services has immediate openings to join our team at Atmus Filtration in Neillsville, WI. Atmus (formerly Cummins Filtration) is a very reputable company as the the one of the world’s largest manufacturer of air and fluid filtration and exhaust systems,. These positions offer extremely competitive pay and room for advancement. Several Assembly Worker opportunities are available Monday - Friday for 2nd and 3rd shift.
Positions start at over $18 an hour with a $600 retention bonus over 90 days and a $50 a week gas bonus, apply for more details! 
Pay & Shift Info:
  • 2nd shift: $18.50 / hour - Mon - Fri, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
    • Overtime required every other Saturday depending on business needs
  • 3rd shift: $19.00 / hour - Sun – Thurs, 10:00pm – 6:00am
    • Overtime required every other Friday depending on business needs

What's a Typical Day Like? You'll be:
  • Setting up and operating manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble parts used for air and fluid filtration systems
  • Optimizing cycle times, meeting defined standards, and achieving production goals in a team-oriented environment
  • Working with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in the areas of quality, safety, process, material flow, and talent development
  • Standing for at least 90% of your shift and routinely lifting up to 35 pounds

This position might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Are able to read blueprints, job data sheets, and safety instructions
  • Have good hand/eye coordination, pay close attention to detail, work well as part of a team, and are self-motivated
  • Are capable of lifting up to 35 pounds, bending, standing, walking, and kneeling in a fast-paced, production environment
